Birth chart details

A birth date is enough for a Sun sign. Exact birth time and birthplace are required for Rising, MC, and Placidus houses. Unknown time never becomes an assumed noon.

Private local data

Birth profiles, secondary profiles, charts, compatibility, reflections, notes, and saved Signals stay on your device. Open You to edit, export, or delete them. Sky Signal has no account or contacts upload.

Location and notifications

Birthplace and observing location are separate. Change observing access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Sky Signal. Notification permission is requested only after you choose Morning Signal or a specific reminder.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. In Sky Signal, open Pro and choose Restore Purchases after reinstalling.

Data freshness

Astronomy and chart calculations continue on device. Weather, space-weather, and orbital cards show cached or unavailable states when public sources cannot refresh.
